- Pelvic Girdle
also called bony pelvis, and consists of the two hip bones and the sacrum. The pelvic girdle can be thought of as a ring. The hip bones articulate with each other anteriorly at the pubis symphysis, and articulate with the sacrum posteriorly. - Patella
A flat triangular bone located at the front of the knee joint. Also called kneecap and is one of three bones, along with the tibia (shin bone) and femur (thigh bone), that make up the knee joint. - Tarsals
Tarsals are bones found in the feet. They are also known as ankle bones. There are 7 in total: Medial cuneiform, Intermediate cuneiform, Lateral cuneiform, Navicular, Talus, Calcaneus, Cuboid

There are 3 knee bones that make up the joint: Femur (thigh bone), Tibia (shin bone), Patella (knee cap).

The patella sits inside the tendon of the thigh muscles at the front of the knee resting in the patellar groove of the femur.

Common knee injuries vary from minor falls to major falls. The knee ligaments and cartilage are the most damaged.
